Your wellbeing is important, so take some time to think about your family’s health care needs for 2026. You’ll want to consider your paycheck contributions, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and your Health Savings Account. If you don’t enroll, most of your 2025 elections will carry over automatically into 2026—but it’s important to review and make your elections carefully each year to choose the right benefits for your unique needs. Be sure to log on to NetBenefits during Annual Enrollment—there are certain benefit elections that will not carry over and must be made each year.

2026 Contribution Rates
Due to rising healthcare costs, contributions will increase slightly for 2026. Your 2026 biweekly contributions are shown below with a side-by-side comparison of all three medical plans. To calculate the weekly contribution amount, divide the biweekly contribution by two. We are happy to share that there will be no changes to dental or vision costs. - The medical plan and coverage level you select
- Your annual base pay
- Your Healthy Incentive credits earned

New Vision Network & Higher Allowance for Contact Lenses
Starting January 1st, the EyeMed vision plan will move to the Insight provider network. Click here to learn more about the network and how to find an in-network provider.
We are pleased to announce that vision plan allowance for frames and contact lenses is increasing to $180 in 2026, up from $120 in 2025, with no increase in premiums.
Healthy Incentives

Click here to visit Rally Engage to complete your activities and earn valuable medical plan contribution credits for 2026! You must complete all actions by the end of the year to receive these credits. If you complete the actions by December 31, you’ll receive credits starting March 1 of the following year.
Purchase Additional Vacation Days
Are you planning a life-changing trip around a milestone event? Need some extra R&R this coming year? Annual Enrollment is the time to purchase additional vacation days for 2026. Eaton understands that time away from work is essential for the health of its employees. Work/life balance can look different for everyone, which is why we offer up to one work week of additional vacation time for purchase.
You are eligible to participate in the Purchased Vacation Program if you work at least 20 hours per week. New hires are not eligible for this benefit in the first year. You must elect to participate in the Vacation Purchase Program each year. Visit the Employee Center for more information.
Note: If you are represented by a recognized collective bargaining agent, you are eligible for Purchased Vacation Program only if stated in the collective bargaining agreement.

Care.com’s family care benefits are here to support you as you’re trying to manage it all while caring for those you love, including yourself. Eaton offers a Care.com membership, which includes the ability to post jobs and search and reach out to local caregivers 24/7. Search for care for children, adults, or pets, or find services such as housekeeping, tutors, and more. Also included is access to Care.com’s Backup Care services, which is vetted and subsidized adult care and childcare when your regular care is not available. Note that summer camp is not reimbursable. Eaton 401(k) Plan
Annual Enrollment is a great time to check in on your 401(k) Plan. Eaton will match your contributions 50 cents on the dollar up to 6% of eligible pay you contribute (before-tax, Roth and/or after-tax). So, consider contributing at least 6% to the Eaton Savings Plan (ESP) to get the full company match. When you make your 2026 elections in NetBenefits, review your 401(k) contributions and ensure your beneficiaries are up to date. Visit the retirement page for information about the ESP.
