View Provider Cost
Wonder what a visit to a new provider or specialist will cost? Use the Find Cost and Care tool on the Rally portal to compare providers and select a cost as well as get estimates before treatment. Look for the two blue hearts to identify cost-efficient and quality providers. If you are a MyChoice plan member, you can see cost estimates in the app automatically when you search for care.
Access Virtual Care
Looking for cost- and time-efficient ways to get care for yourself or your family? Virtual care is an easy, efficient and inexpensive way to get care for common conditions, such as colds, allergies, pink eye, diarrhea, earache, fever, sinusitis, urinary tract infection, rash, stomachache, sore throat, migraine and much more. Now, through myuhc.com or the UnitedHealthcare® app, you can choose to connect remotely with a virtual Primary Care Physician and their team of health care professionals. Access the 24/7 virtual care option offered to all members, whether you are enrolled in MyChoice or the Basic or Enhanced plans.
- Basic and Enhanced plan members — Go to Rally > Select Find Cost & Care > Select Virtual Care
- MyChoice members — Go to benefits.surest.com
Remember, virtual care is not for emergencies — you should go to an emergency room for that.
