New! Vida Weight and Chronic Condition Management Program*
Struggling to manage your weight or a health condition? Do you have goals to exercise more or eat healthier?
Vida Health can help. Vida is a virtual health program to help you lose weight and manage or prevent conditions like Type 1 diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. When you join Vida, you will have access to a care team to help you make realistic plans to meet your goals—and to stick with them.
Vida Health offers support and resources from the convenience of your home and at no additional cost to you. Vida Health programs aim to improve your health through personalized care and actionable insights. As part of the available programs, you’ll receive:
- Access to accredited health coaches and registered dietitians through video meetings and in-app messaging.
- Support and resources to manage and prevent chronic conditions, including guidance and monitoring tools
- Tools to track food, exercise, sleep, thought patterns, and tons of informative content like healthy recipes
- Clinical expertise to help you manage health conditions
- Personalized, actionable, and timely digital health insights via your mobile app
All employees and their dependents aged 18+ enrolled in an active Eaton medical plan are eligible for Vida Health at no charge.

Fitness Discounts and Reimbursement
The OnePass Select fitness program allows US employees and their families to find a membership tier that helps you and your family be your healthiest. For program details and how to sign up, click here. Some Eaton locations offer onsite gym amenities or local discounted fitness programs and resources. Go to Joe > Employee Center > HR > Wellbeing Quick Links.
In addition, Eaton provides eligible employees with an annual reimbursement for approved fitness expenses. Go to JOE > Employee Center and search “fitness reimbursement” for more information.
Type 2 Diabetes Management Powered by Level2*
Level2 Diabetes Management is designed to help type two diabetics better manage their condition using Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and integrated virtual clinical support.
